I'm Real Because...

I'm not perfect, but I always try my best and think positively. I am a very outgoing and friendly person. I enjoy playing hockey; I play hard, but still have fun and try to encourage my team mates, even if we are losing. In the summer I do a lot of outdoor activities. Me and my family dirt bike together, I have been dirt biking since I was 6 years old and have been helping out at my dad’s dirt bike school, and teaching other kids to ride for about 2 years. Another thing I enjoy doing in the summer is swimming, I am taking a life guarding course and am going to volunteer at the local pool this summer. Lately I have really taken an interest in the environment; I use reusable water bottles, car pool and recycle. In grade 8 I received the citizenship award because I was very helpful in the school and got along with everyone. I'm a real teen because I like to hang out with my friends and have fun, but I also care about the world i live in and do my best to make it a better place everyday .
