I'm Real Because...

I?m real because I?m an active member of my community and I try to help others every chance I get. I also make time for myself to enjoy being a teen and do things for me. I play softball for my community team, and have been playing for them for thirteen years. I also play for my high school and swim there as well. Some of my greatest memories are from participating in community and school sports. I?m also very active in Girl Scouts and have been for thirteen years. I am the only girl who has been a Girl Scout continuously for this long in my School District. I earned the Girl Scout Silver Award and have been asked to promote scouting in public venues. My Girl Scout troop has organized and run many activities for other troops in the area. We?ve also done many service projects in the community to get others involved in making it better. Not only do I do all this but I also have a part time job. I really enjoy doing community service and making my community a better place.
